Personal information is information that may disclose or reveal the identity of the customer. TrainerFair adheres to the principle of data reduction. It waives as much as possible the collection of personal information.

b) Handling
Personal information is provided for contractual reasons, content design, execution and completion of the contract. They will not be passed on to third parties. The use of personal information occurs only to the extent necessary, particularly for the management of customer accounts, or if TrainerFair is obliged by law or by court order or, if necessary, to prevent any misuse contrary to the terms and conditions in a lawful manner.

c) Objections
The customer can object to the storage of personal information at any time. Excluded are those information that must be kept for the purposes of the contract.

d) Right to information
Upon written request, TrainerFair informs the customer about the data stored about his person.

e) Right of rectification, erasure or blocking of data
The customer always has the right to amend, delete, or block inaccurate personal data on request. The exercise of the right is free and can be requested simply via the contact form. This is basically free.

§ 2 Use and Registration Information

For designing the website use and registration data will be collected, processed and used in the necessary framework. Customer data and IP address are registered with the date and time in the log file and used and stored for the purpose of statistical analysis of this website. A merging of use and registration information with personal data will not occur.

a) Data Security
All data on are backed by technical and organizational measures against loss, destruction, access, modification and disclosure. However, TrainerFair assumes no liability for the destruction and damage of data.

b) Sessions and Cookies
To operate the website, TrainerFair uses cookies or server-side sessions in which data can be stored. Cookies serve e.g. at the personal greeting with the member name. a) Google Analytics
We use the software "Google Analytics", a web analytics service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA („Google“). Google Analytics uses a tracking cookie to recognise a user that already visited our website in the past. Google will use this information to evaluate your use of our website, to compile reports for us about the website activities, and to provide other services associated with website use and internet use. The anonymised user profiles generated by Google will be deleted after 12 months. The IP address transmitted by your browser will not be associated with any other data held by Google.
